Product Introduction

Being an improved AC product, this foaming agent is developed based on the high-temperature foaming agents, especially for the injection technology of EVA. It is best fit for the injection foaming technology of EVA MD and EVA slippers.

Application

Applying this foaming agent in EVA/rubber mixture, a small quantity of zinc oxide, stearic acid and stearate will be added to make it decompose around 160°C.

This foaming agent decomposes completely within a short time and endows the finished products with excellent performance such as hardness, density, whiteness, tensile strength and tearing strength. It's particularly benefits the extensibility, whiteness and better bubble structure of products.

The physical performance of this series of foaming agents matches the foaming injection technology. It also has excellent technological performance and dispersibility that promote flowing and bridging of resins. The foaming agent will avoid the possible premature decomposition caused by high shearing during mixing and prilling, but also decomposes rapidly and completely in the mould to guarantee the product with smooth surface and fine bubble structure, without yellow color left by AC decomposition while maintaining other excellent performance.

Package and Storage

Under common temperature, this foaming agent has excellent storage stability, but should be stored in a cool and dry place, away from hot steam pipeline, fire source and direct sunlight. Never let it contact directly with acids and alkalis. It is suggested that good ventilation conditions should be realized where the foaming agent is treated and mixed. Be careful not to inhale its powder, make frequent skin contact or swallow it.

Each 25kg of this foaming agent is packed in international standard corrugated paper carton or barrel with a polythene liner inside.

Each batch of this agent weighs 3 Tons. While using the same batch, only a small quantity is needed to test for confirmation and then the whole batch can be used with certainty.
