Environmental N Series White Blowing Agent

 

 

Products Introduction:

This series of foaming agents is mainly used in the foaming extrusion or injection of PVC, TPR and PS for making profile materials, plates and sheets. It is used in the producing low-foam plastic products, such as shutters and photo frames, and PVC slippers and sandals formed by injection technology.

Application specification:

This series of foaming agents is a solid white powder, which is liable to flow. The residue left after its decomposition is pure white and does not affect the color of products.

 

This series of foaming agents possesses a good compatibility with PVC, TPR and PS so they can be dispersed evenly in the above molten resins while forming a system with uniformity phases. Meanwhile, this foaming agent contains bubble-hole regulator to make bubble holes in the foamed products become fine and equal, which in turn helps to maintain the performance of all parts stay the same.

 

This series of foaming agents is made of the adjuvant of food grade, and gases generated after its decomposition are N2 and CO2 that won't corrode production equipments and or do any harm to the human body, it is an environmental product.

 

This series of foaming agents is an endothermal foaming agent without induction term. Its decomposition is completed stepwise and no eruptive decomposition will happen, therefore bubbles in the molten resin will grow evenly and steadily and they won't break or overflow over the product surface to affect the product quality, which endows the product with an excellent trait on uniformity bubbles and smooth surface.

Package and storage:

This series of foaming agents is free of odor and toxicity. It allows easy storage, transportation and it is self-extinguishment. It won't decompose under the common temperature but should be stored in a shady, cool and dry place and be stored far from hot steam pipeline, fire source and direct sunlight. Never let it contact directly acids and alkalis. Good ventilation conditions should be realized where the foaming agent is treated or mixed. Be careful not to inhale its powder, make frequent skin contact or swallow it.

 

Each 25kg of this foaming agent is packed in international standard corrugated paper carton with a polythene liner inside.

 

Each batch of this foaming agent weighs 3 tons. When using the agent of same batch, only a handful is needed to test for confirmation and then the whole batch can be used with certainty.
